Reception rooms in Normandy
Are you planning a wedding, anniversary, christening or any other celebration that will bring your loved ones together? We offer reception rooms for up to 150 seated guests. Large tables or more intimate events, a dance floor for those who want to enjoy themselves until dawn, everything is ready at Mont Vernon to make these festive moments memorable.
Our 3-star hotel, located not far from Claude Monet’s gardens in Giverny, just 1 hour from Paris, is the ideal place to entertain your guests. Located halfway between Paris and Rouen, near Vernon and the loops of the Seine, it is easily accessible.
Flexible spaces
Mont Vernon has 5 reception rooms, all of which are flexible. Some can be combined to suit the number of guests and your event. You can choose from various configurations: meal served at the table, cocktail party, welcome drink, brunch, etc.
The Duplex
With his 150 square meters, the Duplex can accommodate up to 80 people seated and 150 standing.
Restored in 2023, the atypical stained-glass window is sure to delight your guests.
Côté Terrasse room
With a surface area of 110 m², the ‘Côté Terrasse’ room can accommodate up to 100 people seated and 180 standing.
With his large windows and light, it offers a wide view of the outside.
‘Côté Prairie’ room
With his 70 square meters, the ‘Côté Prairie’ room can accommodate up to 50 people seated and 70 standing.
It has access to a private terrace overlooking one of the gardens.
‘Colombier 1’ room
With his 172 square meters, the ‘Colombier 1’ room can accommodate up to 100 people seated and 150 standing.
Very in light thanks to its many bay windows, it offers a view of the gardens.
‘Colombier 2’ room
With his 110 square meters, the ‘Colombier 2’ room can accommodate up to 50 people seated and 80 standing.
Furniture is provided for each of our rooms. You can choose between round or banquet-style tables. For cocktails and welcome drinks, we provide a white-topped sideboard and buffet. The rooms are set up by our teams. We also setup your decorations according to your wishes.
If you use a wedding planning service, we will welcome their teams and be at their disposal if needed.
You can also take advantage of the gardens to hold your secular ceremony or plan your welcome drink.
Mont Vernon is a fully enclosed and secure site. Your guests will be able to enjoy the event without worrying about the safety of children.
